When we began the project, our team needed to accommodate and improve on a pre-existing solution. This yielded challenges with troubleshooting and time management. In addition, West recently acquired Intrado, which created challenges surrounding reorganization efforts.
Our team developed a strategy and moved forward with a structured plan, using MicroStrategy Web for the upgraded BI platform. Ultimately, our solution benefited 900+ users by providing them with seamless, on-demand access to data.
