Challenge

The company selected Creoal, now part of SMX, to design, implement, and support an international rollout of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications for the company’s entities in East Asia. The team faced the challenge of a 13-½ hour time difference and the client had only partially documented the processes to be implemented.

Solution

Creoal performed a Business Process and System Review (BPSR), evaluating system configurations, users, training, processes, and tools. The company then engaged Creoal to implement Oracle in South Korea and perform integration tasks for the following countries: United Kingdom, France, Poland, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal.

Result

After Creoal’s successful Oracle implementation in South Korea, we were retained to provide the same Oracle EBS rollout design, implementation, and support services for additional countries. By establishing a single instance for the organization, Creoal enabled the company to standardize business practices and facilitate coordination and communications on a global scale.
