OGAC faced challenges surrounding tight deadlines and resource allocation. We were brought in to replicate the logic of the Q3 PEPFAR Oversight Accountability Response Team (POART) and turn Excel workbooks into a functioning MicroStrategy dashboard. Following an agile process, our team used analytics best practices to apply SQL Server, a REACT framework and MicroStrategy. The solution created a structured engineering team with repeatable processes, user communities to drive requirements, and a framework and portal for self-service. We were also able to automate report development by creating a data mart from an existing data structure. Our efforts reduced development time while increasing user engagement and program effectiveness.
