We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oracle Fusion ERP Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Financials and will have successfully completed at least two full-cycle implementations. This role requires strong analytical skills, business process understanding, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ERP solutions that meet business needs.   This is a remote position requiring 50% travel. 

Essential Duties:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle Fusion ERP modules.
  • Lead or support the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
  • Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.
  • Document business processes, functional specifications, and test cases.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper integration and data flow.
  • Conduct user training and create training materials.
  • Participate in project planning, status reporting, and risk management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Experience 

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
  • Minimum of two full-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials(GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
  • Experience with business process mapping and gap analysis.
  • Ability to write functional specifications and test scripts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
  • Ability to travel 50%

Desired Skills & Experience 

  • Exposure to Project Accounting, Purchasing, and Subledger Accounting (SLA) modules.
  • Experience with Oracle BI tools or OTBI reporting.
  • Familiarity with integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems.
  • Knowledge of change management and training strategies.
  • Oracle certification in Financials or related modules is a plus.

$73,100$121,800 USD
