SMX is seeking Imagery Analysts to support SOCPAC HQ operations in the Indo-Pacific region. The imagery Analyst will conduct Phase I Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination Analysis of Full Motion Video in a Maritime Domain Awareness environment.

As an Imagery Analyst you will conduct full motion video exploitation for COCO A-ISR aircraft in the Indo-Pacific region and support the SOCPAC HQ Forward PED Cell conducting Phase I analysis. If you are well versed imagery analyst needs to be well-versed in the maritime domain awareness environment, you would be a good fit for this position.

This is an expat position in the Philippines.

This position requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct a full motion video analysis of COCO A-ISR aircraft
  • Work closely with client to fulfill intelligence collection requirements
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Create Post Mission Products (PMP) within two hours of mission completion
  • Perform various GEOINT analyses in addition to FMV analysis
  • Meet the full motion video (FMV) and GEOINT standards expected by the customer
  • Adapt quickly to change
  • Use OSINT techniques to collaborate with intelligence analysis
  • Understanding of Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) environments
  • Understanding of maritime identification

Required Skills & Experience

  • Required Clearance:  TS/SCI
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with High School Diploma
  • 3+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree
  • Extensive experience with MDA environments and maritime identification
  • Experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis
  • Experience working with Aide Suite and Videx software
  • Experience with working with geospatial mapping tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with a priority on PowerPoint and Excel
  • Detailed knowledge of various GEOINT collection sensors, platforms, and sources within collection disciplines, including associated collection strategies and tasking procedures for FMV
  • Detailed knowledge of a wide range of GEOINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures to process, analyze, and report intelligence findings based upon theater and national tasking
  • Detailed knowledge of targeting principals associated with GEOINT platforms, publicly available information, and open source networks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to proof read, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings
  • Able to type 40 words per minute
  • Ability adapt quickly to change
  • Valid US Passport
  • 3 – 5 years of prior experience as an Imagery Analyst
  • S. Army 35G school or other service equivalent
