Sandeep Dorawala is President, Enterprise Systems & Solutions at SMX, having joined the company in 2021. His decades of experience and expertise in digital systems delivery and business transformation are critical to SMX’s commitment to provide on time and on budget technical capabilities and solutions to accelerate their clients’ mission.

Sandeep leads a team of technical experts skilled in enterprise resource planning; enterprise performance management; human capital management; full lifecycle digital transformation; on-prem, cloud and, hybrid infrastructure architecture & engineering; data analytics, software development, and application modernization. Sandeep plays a pivotal role in managing and nurturing strategic relationships with leading technology partners to include Oracle, AWS, Microsoft, and Google. His focus on strong partnerships enables seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies, empowering organizations to achieve digital transformation and operational excellence. His experience ensures his team is closely aligned with the goals of Defense, National Security, Public Sector, and Fortune 500 organizations by understanding their technology challenges and sharing their passion for more effective next-generation systems delivered at mission speed.

A passionate leader, Sandeep takes pride in two key aspects of leadership: increasing the capabilities and career potential of his team members and helping clients build enriching relationships with SMX, other clients and industry partners.

Before joining SMX, Sandeep was a Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton. During his 18-year tenure, he led a team of 550 staff deliver management consulting, analytics, and digital solutions for a diverse set of customers across OSD, Joint Staff and Commandant Commands.

Sandeep began his career as a Technology Consultant with PwC Consulting/IBM Business Consulting Services where he served Fortune 150 and Fortune 250 clients.

He is an active member of WashingtonExec and the Professional Services Council.

Sandeep grew up in North Carolina and has lived in the Washington metro area for more than 20 years where he and his wife are raising their two sons.
