NITAAC/CIO-SP3

The CIO-SP3 Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a ten (10) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a $20 billion ceiling.
This contract is intended to provide information technology (IT) solutions and services. The GWAC can be used by federal civilian or DoD agencies. CIO-SP3 allows for streamlined planning, acquisition and deployment of large-scale IT program requirements.

Agency Service Fee | The NIH Contract Access Fee (NCAF) is a .65% service fee applied to the total award value (inclusive of labor, fees, and ODCs) charged to all task orders. The fee is capped at $150K on any task order base or optional period (not to exceed 12 months) with funding in excess of $15M. |
IT Solutions | Ten (10) task areas for IT requirements that support the Federal Enterprise Architecture, the Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture and the Federal Health Architecture. |
