NITAAC/CIO-SP3

The CIO-SP3 Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a ten (10) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a $20 billion ceiling.

This contract is intended to provide information technology (IT) solutions and services. The GWAC can be used by federal civilian or DoD agencies. CIO-SP3 allows for streamlined planning, acquisition and deployment of large-scale IT program requirements.

Agency Service Fee The NIH Contract Access Fee (NCAF) is a
.65% service fee applied to the total award value (inclusive of labor,
fees, and ODCs) charged to all task orders. The fee is capped at $150K
on any task order base or optional period (not to exceed 12 months) with
funding in excess of $15M.
IT Solutions Ten (10) task areas for IT requirements
that support the Federal Enterprise Architecture, the Department of
Defense Enterprise Architecture and the Federal Health Architecture.
Contract Types Support all contract types including
hybrid. Fixed-Price, Cost-Reimbursement, Incentive, and
Time-and-Materials/Labor-Hour.
